1. Description of SMS Use Cases
By opting into our messaging service, you agree to receive text messages from AestheteMed LLC regarding your appointment requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, preparation details, and follow-up updates related to your treatments.

2. Opt-out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. For help, you can reply "HELP" to any message.

3. Message & Data Rate Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service requests and appointments. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. AestheteMed LLC and mobile carriers are not responsible for any technical issues that may lead to the failure of message delivery.

5. Age Restriction
By consenting to these terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to receive messages from this service.
